I'm using Firmware 1000 and my Rev. 6 works perfect on 100Mhz. I've tried 2xLC CPUs RC50 and RC66, which works perfect on 50Mhz in the TF and work perfect on Apollo 1260 80,85,90Mhz, but as soon as I am trying to use cpuspeed with TF at any speed > 50Mhz it just crashes.
Do you have maybe any hints?

Did you try the 68090 firmware? it fixes a bunch of issues. LCs work at around 94 in my experience.

TF1260 works with FW 999. But when I flash newer FW it doesn't work. Can you tell me which pins of CPLD are used with the new FW so I can check?
I have this checked

I dont think any new pins are used between those two firmwares. I'll dig deeper a bit later and see if i can think of anything

I've tested TF1260 with FastATA-IV. On some settings the combo seems to corrupt data and eventually destroy partitions. But using the appropriate phase solves the problem. I was testing it for 4 days and copying 1,5GB of data between EHIDE and FastATA-Drives also to and from FastATA-Drives and had no errors.
Working settings:
- FastATA-IV, PIO-5 -/+ Interrupts (PIO-4 works also)
- cpuspeed speed=50 phase=2
- cpuspeed speed=100 phase=0
