So, having failed to heed my own advice(!) I now have yet another two 520 STFMs - both working (even including the double sided floppy drives) & both sporting TOS 1.04.

Yes, ever since reading that I've left my Falcon on the shelf too! My usual display with a SCART decided to die a year or so back, so I'm currently without a SCART-equipped monitor (or even TV)...maybe I have a DVD player with SCART in & HDMI out or something....hmm. Even more things to search for....What I imagine users really want is an Falcon030 RGB->SCART cable? I've never seen one. You can buy RGB->ST cables but then you need ST->SCART cable too.
