@terriblefire will give that new firmware a try tomorrow.

My rev 1 is installed in a finicky 500 plus, so cant really use it to test as it took me ages to get it to work reliably in it. (Computers fault not TF536)

I do have a few spare caps if you think its worth trying to change them.
If it ain't broke, test it to Destruction.

Well on that firmware everything is running at 8Mhz. which is weird... only difference is the pull ups.

Good so far. I'm able to boot the exxos IDE to desktop and run stuff from it.

If I have a CF connected to the 536 ide then the computer doesnt boot but that's an obvious conflict of the two Ide I suspect?

@terriblefire I presume it would be unreliable on an Amiga also if that was the case?

I've left it running Gembench and it happily runs that, albeit slowly. It 2 bombs when I tried to run Frontier though.

I've got a few of the larger 100nf caps, not sure about the smaller ones though, so just let me know what you want me to try.

I got paranoid so i dug out the CDTV. Its working fine :/
