Interesting project to try and convert it to RJ45 @stephen_usherstephen_usher wrote: Wed Apr 22, 2026 11:21 am Interesting that it has a space for an RJ45 socket with just some resistors missing otherwise.
P.S. Maybe not... there's probably a line driver chip missing too.
Can all registered uses please login, even just for a few minutes..
It helps build a picture where our "good traffic" is coming from..

If there's a picture on-line of the TP version of the card I probably could.Icky wrote: Wed Apr 22, 2026 1:03 pmInteresting project to try and convert it to RJ45 @stephen_usherstephen_usher wrote: Wed Apr 22, 2026 11:21 am Interesting that it has a space for an RJ45 socket with just some resistors missing otherwise.

Intro retro computers since before they were retro...
ZX81->Spectrum->Memotech MTX->Sinclair QL->520STM->BBC Micro->TT030->PCs & Sun Workstations.
Added code to the MiNT kernel (still there the last time I checked) + put together MiNTOS.
Collection now with added Macs, Amigas, Suns and Acorns.

Nice !
Re: Macintosh LC III TLC
Thanks, I really like the design of this LC III, everything is fitted elegantly no screws and easy to upgrade. You can definitely see the quality difference between this and a TT or Falcon

Cracked open a lot of Apple stuff and they always looked neat and clean inside compared to other brands.
