Looks like hes tried to copy long filenames to the harddrive causing _ and ~

So he needs to delete those for starters..

Ok, I removed the long filename files (probably came from copying from my mac) but I get the same error on start up. I’m using autosorter. This came with Exxos’ file download.

I don't use that stuff very often, but maybe load NVDI before WDIALOG

Yes... if you use logic, NVDI is saying it needs WDIALOG. So of course if NVDI is loading and WDIALOG is not present, it will complain. If WDIALOG is loaded after, NVDI has no way of knowing that.

I don't know how that is possible then unless your hard drive is corrupted.. Maybe try formatting it and copying the files again making sure you're not copying long filenames over..

I can run the program manually so I don’t think it is file corruption.

That error normally comes from a desk accessory. May be the old COPS.ACC or something that shipped with NVDI. Just disable it and you'll be good.

I don't use WDIALOG and it doesn't cause me any problems.

What is WDIALOG used for? I have it in the auto folder only because it came with the download.

Some MagiC-style dialogue box extensions.
