Turns out I had a few more SIMMs, although 150ns they're too small. And then I have the biggest, baddest, most MASSIVE SIMM ever too ;)

Yeah I think 1mb ones are not common slower than 100ns. All the ones I've seen recently are not slower than 80ns.
