@markus0321, @DoG,

There's an experimental firmware to fix the Flash issue here: viewtopic.php?f=112&t=5889

If you have a chance, please let me know how it goes for you.

DFB1 Open source 50MHz 030 and TT-RAM accelerator for the Falcon
Smalliermouse ST-optimised USB mouse adapter based on SmallyMouse2
FrontBench The Frontier: Elite 2 intro as a benchmark

No, I didn't find a solution, but a workaround, and it's not entirely good. :-)
New firmaware works better now I can use flashrom with standard EmuTOS and it works! Good job :-)
There is also an improvement with a soft reset, because it works when I use flash, but with EmuTOS, when I turn off flash and TOS4.04 is working from the motherboard, unfortunately, after a soft reset, TT-RAM still disappears and just like I upload TOS4.04 to Flashrom it also disappears: - (
A soft reset doesn't work with TOS4.04 hm ..

I did the reverse configuration with the new firmware.
EmuTOS in EPROM on Falcon motherboard TOS4.04 and unfortunately still bad graphics display during boot and later in TOS system.
It behaves weird because the system doesn't hang up, it just looks so bad.

I don't understand what this means, sorry. TOS4.04 doesn't detect TT-RAM, you have to declare it with a third party program at each reboot. It always disappears.

Yes, I know that, I am surprised by such behavior. I uploaded EmuTOS to Eprom on the Falcon motherboard and then TOS4.04 to Flash only because the EmuTOS uploaded to Flash did not work previously and then I noticed such symptoms with graphics, but when I have TOS4.04 in both it is good. So, I set the active Flash jumper and the Eprom from the motherboard is still working? Maybe my UV EPROMs are defective or cause a conflict? I have HN27C4096ACC-10

That's *almost* expected behavior. The blitter draws the Atari logo in TOS404 -- I'd expect to see nonsense if running with somethign else in the ROM socket.

However the fact you're getting *half* an Atari logo sounds like bus conflict. I'll try to scope my ROM chip enable line either tonight or tomorrow. Under EmuTOS in flash, that should never go active. If it does: we've found a problem.

Approx. At night I can have some time because today I have another job after work, and if not, tomorrow I would check it in my Falcon, if you can find the cause and fix it.
Thank you for the quick reply. :-)

If you're using MAPROM, then I think this is a bug in the latest version -- it only works after a cold boot. That was an old bug that was fixed and appears to have come back.

Try v2.2 (attached).
