Maybe blanket view all the graphics cards from that timeframe on ebay e.g.:

S3 Trio/Verge/Dx
Cirrus Logic ?? PCI version (sorry, can't remember. Something like CL5522??)
ATI Mach 32/64 (obviously) but they had all sorts of names like ultra pro/graphics pro/wonder/ etc.

Until you find a picture with enough detail for identifying the RAM, or ask lots of sellers for a better picture if not! :/
