It's fine, I can troubleshoot the issue have spare cplds and ram.
It's probably not the card as I have had issues with firmware revisions on the TF1230 too on this 2B.
I will plug away, but thanks for the offer.

Ok, finally got my account activated. Just wanted to say that the new alpha FW works fine on my TF1260. Good job! :)

It doesn't even start to initialise.
Even Diagrom wont start.
Make sure your PCB edge is super clean - I found I had to clean mine every single time I updated the fw, maybe its due to higher current pulled by this card? Also, disconnect and reconnect your power connector then try again. Also check you are using the correct .jed for the ram. If you have the 6nS one use that, but if its like mine you will probably have the 10nS chip.

Some interesting results with full rev6 cpu, 1D4, KS3.1.4, Mediator tower:

50Mhz-66.667Mhz fine
75Mhz crash reboot
78Mhz-82.5Mhz instant freeze
93.75Mhz causes graphical corruption, freezes after doing cpuspeed again.
100Mhz completely stable

And the all important AmiQuake Timedemo demo1 score is 17.3fps.

The fastest I ever saw for a Blizzard 1260 80mhz is 16.3fps, so TF1260 takes the crown easily!

I dont think its possible to make a real amiga using original CPU go faster than this without a cryo cooler. I'll fix 75Mhz in time and work on some stability things.
