The two lower solder bridges are connected.
This is how it was delivered.

@kohli79 yeah you need to try changing it to the top position instead to see if it agrees with your falcon more.

Ok thanks, I could test that. But I don't think that solves the problem. 🤔

Why not? The problem you face is a clock/dsp sync issue.. which is what the clock patch should resolve. This is probably the best thing to try first. I have asked around and what everyone tells me is 'try different types of clock patches' and nothing more.

I've tried it now and at first I was very happy!
At first everything was green and no disturbances!
But suddenly everything red again after about 20-25 seconds in the test.
See youtube link! (unfortunately reversed  )

Try some freezer spray on the chips and see if the problem goes away...

I've already thought about that. I have now ordered some. 🥶 I also have some coolers there ...

Btw, this dsp/sound issues may arise from heat as well. I've had the exact same problem with my CT2 Falcon - it works nicely but if the lid is closed and heat amounts to certain value, I hear it again.

The Falcon is currently still open. What I noticed so far is that the D/A (STV8438CV) gets relatively hot a few minutes after switching it on. All the other ICs/chips are also the DSP in the normal range! Perhaps that is also normal with the D/A?
I have to wait for the cold spray first, then we'll see ... I want to find the cause! 😈
