Hmm. I think I have changed them. But not 2.2K. It think it got 3.3K on address- and 4.7K on data bus.

I did a recap on another PSU but I remember that that one got hooked up to some large resistors and got adjusted when I first turned it on. I think it was used for the H4.

It might be why then.. I'm moving to 2.2K, they were 4.7K on the H5 series.. probably somethings just oscillating more at the higher voltage causing it not to boot.
