And what does the mount error say now? And can you see the share if you type \\IP_Address into the file explorer address bar?exxos wrote: 27 Jul 2020 00:43Still no go :(rubber_jonnie wrote: 27 Jul 2020 00:02 Only thing I can suggest now is to power of the ST, reboot the CosmosEx and see if it connects.

@exxos
Looking at Windows 7 auto login settings, you clearly must be using the username chris. But for autologin to work you need a password, so can you remember what password you used? If so put that in the CosmosEx password box.
Otherwise I'd suggest creating a new user called atari, giving it a password and then giving it read/write permissions to the share. Then add that user to the CosmosEx config.
Adding a new user shouldn't force you to login, since you're already set to autologin with the other user.

I do not recall ever putting in a password. I only remember having to click on the admin login or whatever box it was to sign in. But later there was some fix to remove that so it automatically logged into the default account.

I found this program which is supposed to crack passwords..
https://sourceforge.net/projects/ophcrack/
And this just seems to confirm that there was never a password put in place..

@exxos Then I think the next option is to add a user with a password, give it read/write permissions to the share and use that username/password combo in CosmosEx.

I think there may be some underlying problem with the RPi OS then, that should work, it works for me no problem with the guide as posted.
Just out of curiosity, has the firewall been enabled recently on Windows?
