A little update...

Did a redesign since the old version didn't sound that great. A bit scratchy compared to the original. Did GND fill and relocated all the components. The board is 3mm shorter now. All the resistors on the back is more bunched up in the middle. But when trying it out now with MIDI attached to the Atari, the 3,5mm jack is located very stupid. Which I haven't thought about before for some reason. So made a new order for some PCB with the jack facing to the left if attached in the cartridge slot. Or back of the cartridge if you like that analogy better. Otherwise it's more final now.

Pic below is v1.2 on the left and the most recent v1.4 with better sound performance on the right. v1.3 is more or less v1.4 but without gnd fill. I also did a v1.5 with 1206 resistors on the bottom (36 of them) and 1206 on the 2 resistors on top but didn't order that board. Would have been a pain to solder.

Never could find my mv16 damnit! Was fascinated that they would pack in a sound cart for a game back in the day (ROI had to be much lower for them and they still did it). No rush at all as I'm still building my ST stuff back up and don't even have an ST atm that would bow to your carts presence!... but when you get more stock will take one. PM me when you get more available. I'm in US so if not shipping here I understand. Will take bare board as well as enjoy the builds (BOM would be appreciated though ;) ).. Thanks for going through the effort! Will be fun to see if I actually kept mv16 playrouts in my old mod player back in the day - too many years ago and sources gone sadly.
