Ok you have some kind of physical fault with relation to interrupts.

Re: Tf534 problem with IDE speed
Its not the chip next to the IDE. It wouldnt boot at all if that was unserviceable. I told you already its the IPL lines, IDEINT or INT2 (the interrupt path). Nothing to do with the data bus buffer.
Stop fixating on the chip next to the IDE. It has nothing to do with the IDE interface.
Start measuring voltages and stop trying to solve this by just replacing everything until it works.

Re: Tf534 problem with IDE speed
You need to try another CPU as that is a common error with Weak CPU`s so you need to test with really with a known tested CPU if you can, which I appreciate is hard if you are only building one card , also is it only Superfrog which gives this error ? or are there other games that fail ?, a good game to try if the CPU is failing is `Defender of the Crown 2` this should crash or not run at all if the CPU is at fault
Trust me I know I have built enough TF cards to know when a CPU is falling down because it does not cut the mustard or is being being pushed to it`s overclock max :)

I agree with Superduper.
You can test this by installing a 40MHz oscillator and trying again. If it doesn't crash your CPU isn't coping at 50MHz

Re: Tf534 problem with IDE speed
Its *VERY* easy to do something like this and your brain will refuse to notice because you've looked at it 100 times already. This is why i didnt want you to start ripping chips off.
Probably the CPU.. but also maybe caps under the CPU are incorrect?IDE have right Speed
But i have problem with Whdload
I try run super frog but get error

Cpu is 33mhz but crystal I put 40mhz
When I check this same card on winuae all working perfect
So maybe guys have right is to much overclock
I check this with 33mhz crystal
Thanks lads I check and I let u know what is story is

As well I try run The Settlers

Re: Tf534 problem with IDE speed
How much chip ram do you have ? 1mb or 2mb ? could just be that you need 2mb, and it might be just a WHDload slave error meaning you it wont run as it needs some hacking to run on the system you have with a ECS A500 chipset machine, I only tried Defender of the Crown2 on an AGA Amiga ..are most other games now working ?
Remember not all games will run 100% but as Superfrog now works it seems you are nearly there
Also try the game `Mad professor Mariarti ` as this will crash if there are timing issues
