Bother. Just been notified that I'm formally at risk of redundancy due to "restructuring", along with the only other member of the IT team.
Intro retro computers since before they were retro...
ZX81->Spectrum->Memotech MTX->Sinclair QL->520STM->BBC Micro->TT030->PCs & Sun Workstations.
Added code to the MiNT kernel (still there the last time I checked) + put together MiNTOS.
Collection now with added Macs, Amigas, Suns and Acorns.

Thats not nice to hear at all (and I dont mean from the CL3 perspective either). :(

So if the only 2 IT members are (potentially) going, who takes care of IT?!

Finished the OPD floppy interface case... though a slight problem with the printing due to my filament being damp.

Still, the bouncy, bobbly bits don't impede the utility so it works nicely.

I did a second print of the backshell of the case and despite the printer stopping when it detected stringing a few times the case was better. I need to get some more desiccant for the AMS unit as the filament is getting damp.

Anyway, it looks a lot better, but shows just how low resolution an extruding 3D printer really is.

I tried the unit with the colour display and, as hoped, it's low enough to miss the rim around the screen.
