Just a quick note for everyone, this topic is being used to fault find the existing run of boards. There are no more boards for sale at present but when they are, I expect TF will start a new topic or in short, stop asking for boards until you see the for sale topic again.

Agreed. Comments asking for boards will be removed now and PMs asking for them will be ignored. There will be a new sales thread when this experiment has run its course.PhilC wrote: 21 Jan 2020 07:21 Just a quick note for everyone, this topic is being used to fault find the existing run of boards. I always find Scene Demos to be the fastest way to detect problems with systems.
So far I haven't had any reason to suspect the newest firmware isn't stable. All demos so far run without glitches.

Mine is mostly assembled. The hardest bit is the large CPLD from my point of view. Just the CPU socket and headers to go left.
If it ain't broke, test it to Destruction.

Re: Limited TF536 Run - Sort of Sales (All gone)
So, I soldered my PCB together. It all worked out fine.
It fits perfectly into Amy, the Amy-TK had with 6MB simply much too little RAM.
The speed of the CPU is great, unfortunately the disc speed is very slow. The CF, which was immediately loaded with the old accelerator, needs about 10 minutes until the Workbench appears.
Disk speed test from Sysinfo:
CPU-Speed:
Disk is as slow as the TF530 without INT2 connection.
I have installed the MuTools and with MuMove4k the expansion.library is moved from the chipram to the fastram. With this I get about 2MB/s and the system becomes much faster.
What exactly is in the bootrom in the TF536?
I will continue testing. So far there were no crashes, Frontier-Demo is running. The CPLD gets very hot, but everything is stable.
A big thanks to Stephen for this nice accelerator!

This is odd. I get about 3.5 mb/sec.
This is also odd. My CPLD never gets hot. Lukewarm at best. The CPLD gets very hot, but everything is stable.

I have used the latest firmware on this thread and have a 3.1.4 kickrom installed.
My CF have the latest update 3.1.4.1 installed.

OOpps, so I've made a boo boo.
I've bought and soldered on a XC95144XL-10TQG144I instead of the 288. Will the firmware fit into the 144 with 64mb ram?
