So the good news is that I found the ram problem.

Scratch one LS244 and replace it with another, so that I've got 2 matching chips and it passes the ram tests just fine but crashes later on

Hmm, I'm betting @rubber_jonnie will finish the H4 up. I wonder if @exxos is going to spin a H4.1 will all fixes incorporated.?

To be fair, mine is finished, it's just not fully functioning yet
