I've just had an offer on my Dad's house. Looks like I'll be up and down to Cornwall in the next month or so finishing clearing the house.

Glad to hear you're making progress, I hope it all goes smoothly for you. It's a horrible time dealing with stuff like this and it's such a relief when it's done.

Likewise - it's a difficult process to go through and there's no telling when the old memories will kick in and trigger a strong emotional response.

OK. End of hardware playing for the next couple of days. I'll need an early night tonight.

Ordered a couple of sets of foam and foil form TexElec as although the Apricot XI's keyboard is fully functional the feel isn't great. There's too little travel and the foam I used is still a bit too stiff. I can also look at repairing one of my Sun Type 4 keyboards which was stored with a weight on the keys so the spacebar has collapsed.
