@PhilC , @rubber_jonnie , just ran across this falcon board. Never been built so if one of you gents would like to build it and see if its a good board the rest of would be appreiative. It is quite pricey but I believe its designed some where in Europe. :sarcasm:

Looks to me like someone took the Falcon Gerber files available for everyone on dev-docs.org and just ordered some PCBs. Problem, though: This isn't the final layout. If you look closely you can spot unrouted airwires in the preview image shown in that online shop. Thus, I'm fairly certain this would be just a € 159 decorative object, not a functional PCB. (I have the presumed final Falcon Gerbers for comparison; but these aren't publicly available.)PaulJ wrote: 25 Jan 2020 00:28 @PhilC , @rubber_jonnie , just ran across this falcon board. Ya, I thought you would get a kick out of it. An untested board at that price is a "NO THANK YOU!!!" Not to mention a donor board might be hard to come by.

Best does sell replacement boards but I would doubt they have the Falcon. They are pretty strange in that they advertise things they don't have. They also have posted hours of 1-5 pm but a lot of the time no ones there. They have become a last resort for me.

Thats pretty much what I figured but it looks like someone purchased it. :signhere:czietz wrote: 25 Jan 2020 09:57 I'm fairly certain this would be just a € 159 decorative object, not a functional PCB.
Can you imagine going through the trouble building it to end up with a un-fixable mess.
