I had some trouble with the same ET4000 card. The T8 driver will work I think. Try NVDI5 ET4000 ...

The NVDIVGA.INF is from a VOFA Adapter. You load the inf into the VMG, Test it and save it.

Darklord wrote: 13 Dec 2021 15:51 Sorry for your troubles. I'm betting you'll sort it out though. :)

Quick aside, question about your Lightning ST setup - did you use the
+5v and ground connections with the Lightning ST? Thanks...
Thank you, but it should get better sooner or later.

The ST Lightning is now connected to +5V, but I cannot notice any difference.

I will check with a slim CD-ROM reader attached to the USB.

Thank you Frank.

The T8 driver freezes, so I will check with NVDI5 and your file.

Tried Idek's drivers and NVDI5 and both work without the PAK68.

When PAK is fitted, the Mega ST freezes when VGA drivers load.

After an exhausting day at work, I am too tired today to go further.

The relocator pcb and the pak can be the problem. I have a extension for the mega st bus connector to test it ...

Yes, might be...

I made some tests today and the result is still the same.

As my blitter is removed and fully disabled (soldered pads), I also tried the FDD and I had the following screen:

FDD.jpeg

But I guess the CPU relocator is not the culprit here.

So ALT-RAM, IDE and USB work great but VGA card and FDD have issues.

Another weird thing is that the PAK does not work with a CPU on top of it (jumper J5 disabled or enabled).

It will take longer than expected to solve everything.

:x

There are two versions of the PAK68/3 pcb, an older one and a newer. The older need to patched ...

Read all on the WRS Website and use a translator.

I have the older one (PAK3-030).

All my GALs are the latest ones.

Do you mean patched physically ?
