Not my normal style.. but used to listen to the screaming albums, British steal, can't remember the 3rd. Used to listen to them on my way to work on a pc from drive plugged into my car radio. My garage at the time knew me as "that kid with the CDROM drive" The cdrom was the only thing which would play without skipping on every bump in the road!!
Thing is, those 3 albums, if listened in the correct order, actually tell a very long story. I think screaming for vengeance was when he tried to find love and got betrayed... Then turned to crime etc pretty impressive that such a long story is told over 3 albums .

Still a huge fan of Priest, grew up with their music and as a lad from the home of metal (the Black Country), it was kind of inevitable - loved Screaming and the Defenders of the Faith album back in the 80s. They reinvented themselves in the 90s with the Painkiller album, the title track of which is the true definition of a metal track ...

I know they did a lot of songs. I've not checked any out for a long time. I know I really loved the albums I got , but I went to their next albums and just never got into them. I also went backwards as they did a couple earlier ones than I had. I mostly tend to skip into oldskool in the 90s
I noticed that the Glastonbury list has been released today ...
... whilst it is agreed that some of the headliners are a bit poor (apart from The Prodigy), looking further down the list there's some decent names, including:-
Gary Numan
The Selecter
Kneecap
Wet Leg
Amyl & the Sniffers
Fatboy Slim
Hopefully these acts will be shown as part of the BBC broadcast lineup.
