Thanks, in that case I should probably revert those changes if they aren't ready for general use.
They were for getting different cf-cards working other than the "Kingston Canvas Focus" model that I had been using.

Hi,
Just a quick question „in between“…
I have build a few CKBDs
Since I have to wait a little more until my Raven boards and components arrive, I wanted to test the CKBD boards
I simply used an external Eiffel board, replaced the Atmega with the programmed CKBD board and connected it to my TT
Worked pretty well, I.e. USB-Mouse & -Keyboard works, as well as Joysticks on both ports.
The only issue is, that mouse movement is not smooth at all - it is somehow trembling (not sure if this is the right English term, sorry)
Did anybody else tested the CKBD outside the Raven?

As mentioned by PM, I'm hoping I've fixed my GD5434 issue but will need to do more testing.

Just done the filtrate Weston the card ran with 80mhz MCLK and prepare for more daft figures :lol:

With great thanks to @LarryL I will also try to build a Raven (one of the 5 mentioned above)! Yay!! It's really so impressive what you've done Anders :)

I just ordered the necessary parts from Mouser, and strangely enough they refused to send me two of them. I thought I would share here in case anyone else encounters the same thing. They refused to send me the DS1818-10+ (reset circuit) and MAX3245CAI+. According to Mouser Analog Devices had said that it was not allowed to ship them to my country (Sweden). I'm guessing this was not the case previously so something must've changed. Mouser didn't give me a clear answer, but if I'm allowed to guess my bet would be on the parts having had some RoHS exemption since they're very old which has now expired, making it illegal for them to be sold in Europe. But I could be wrong of course. I doubt these parts are subject to any other kind of export controls, as they're very simple. If they'd been advanced FPGA's or similar it would've been easier to understand. If the restrictions are kept in place it might be a good idea to replace them for A2. I saw that you'd already replaced DS1818 with the SMD version, possibly that is still OK to ship since it uses a different package.

I ordered the following two replacement parts, fingers crossed that they'll work:
DS1818-10+ -> MCP130-315DI/TO (lacks the "push button" functionality and resets slightly longer, 350 ms instead of 150 ms, but otherwise seems similar)
MAX3245CAI+ -> TRSF3243EIPWR (seems to be pin compatible and support the same speed, although I haven't compared datasheets in 100% detail)
