Thank you for the kind offer. Since I'm ordering a new Videl from BEST anyway (see viewtopic.php?p=132262#p132262), with a prohibitive postage fees of $46, adding an 030 for $25 to the order is not that significant.

Mighty Sonic 32 lives! As I have neither a keyboard nor a storage media connected I'm unable to execute the AUTO program to discover its TT RAM but still. Pretty cool.
So now I have to decide whether I put up this beauty for sale together with the Rocke Tower (see the first post of this super-lengthy thread) or separately. If anyone dreams about this tower alone for his Falcon, shoot.

No need now! I wasn't expecting such a fast turn around.
You beat me in the Falcon restoration after all. When I left my AS line was measuring 2V on power on, so I've a way to go.

So, let's close at least this chapter.
@jookie's invaluable skills in removing and soldering smd parts have been put in use on this one again, so with the final count of one completely dead Videl, one broken 030, several broken GALs (definitely at least two but I trashed them all in the end) and broken Mighty Sonic 32 card we can say that: the Falcon lives again.
I've put it through my Falcon test kit (back then I purchased it as a nice gimmick, who would have thought that it will be put in use so many times, worth every overpriced dollar from BEST's stock), ran Joy from New Beat (the infamous "clock patch killer"), all good.
And how do I know that the MS 32 is broken but not dead? Well, its 32 MB of TT RAM works fine. However switching to 32 MHz doesn't (bombs), I tested it even with the original CPU completely removed. So most likely some GAL(s) on the card took the hit as well. And as a weird bonus, with the card on, the diagnostic cart wouldn't even start. Also, that would support @dml's theory that the card had been inserted in a wrong way. And I can't blame the person, it's really awfully easy to do so.
Most likely I'll put this on eBay separately (i.e. the Rocke Tower and the PCB) to increase the chances of getting sold at least one of them (the tower is super-heavy).
