Massive Ego - (My) Death Song

A new track from these guys, who are part of the UK's growing darkwave music scene. They're signed to the Out of Line label in Germany.

I hope I've not posted this before but it was recently the 15th anniversary of Gravity Crash on the PS3/PSP/PSVita. The music was written by former Amiga musician Tim Write (Shadow of the Beast 2 & 3, Wipeout etc.). One of the songs Scarface has a C64 style remix which I have always loved.

The Selecter (with Pauline Black)

My wife and I recently saw the music documentary - 'Pauline Black: A 2-Tone Story' at the cinema last night. It's one to keep an eye out for and watch if it comes to your local cinema. Harrowing at times but also uplifting too, it is the story of her life, dealing with the political side from the 80s, up to the present day.

It should be on general release in cinemas soon and will also be touring worldwide. Pauline Black was also in attendance & she gave a Q&A after the screening.

At the time of writing, there are screenings planned in Oxford on Thursday and 3 dates in London this weekend.

Cheers,

Rich.

This is a favourite of mine:

Given that songs like Blue Monday are a more obvious choice, this song has a story that is worth listening to. A bit dark though.
