I've removed/replaced/reflowed everything multiple times and only experience this error.
I've tried 2.2k and 1k resistor arrays, various diff caps on the CPLD and get no change.

Is there any other firmware I can try?

Yeah, I have done all these things and more. Nothing helps.

There is a "no-crash" test firmware with fast ram disabled, but none with fast ram that work reliably.

Are there any differences in ram chips then?

I think i replaced your regulator too just to be sure. It all worked here.

Built this evening, unfortunately no issues to report as of yet but admittedly testing has been limited to AmigaTestKit memory test, Hard Drivin' and some Elite II (running for the last 90mins +).

Amiga 500 Rev6A with 0.5MB Chip Only. (No Trapdoor Expansion Fitted).
'Light' A500 PSU with 4.5A output on the 5V rail.

XC95288XL 10C
MC68030RC50C
AMS1117 - H734KME 3.3 Regulator
Kickstart 2.0 37.350 On AM27C400-120
MT48LC16M16A2P-6A RAM chips
Transcend 8GB 'Industrial' CF Card in Generic V.H2 CF adapter.

Classic Workbench 2.1 "Green Alien Edition" - Also GOTEK ADF boot of Elite and AmigaTestKit

I have several other permutations of Amiga to test so hopefully one or more will throw up the same issues.
