So yes you need to do the black wire link.

So, I added the wire to the decoder and connected it to the dual tos as per the pictures. Unfortunately, the decoder's LED doesn't turn on, and I got a yellowish screen. I have attached some pictures so you can see if I made any mistakes(in the attachments and I hope it works; otherwise, I don't know how to attach images).
Thank you

You just click on the ATTACHMENT tab near the bottom of the screen. ADD FILES - PLACE INLINE. That's about it.

But you didn't say if you tried without the decoder board.. if you jumped right to the decoder and dualtos, then your over complicating the debugging by changing 2 things at once.

Hi, you are absolutely right. So I have placed only the dualtos, in Hi-2 and Lo-2, like in the picture of the instructions, connecting the cable to the 7411, setting BK1 and BK2, and it didn't work (always the yellow screen). Then I tried inserting the dualtos in Hi-0 and LO-0 like the two old tos chips, and it worked with BK1 (I suppose tos 1.04). Connecting the decoder again, it doesn't work on either BK1 or BK2, and the LED on the decoder never turns on.
Thank you.

At first glance you haven't set the solder pad CE SELECT on the dualtos board..

Hi, I made a bridge between the central pad and "glue" pad.
Was it wrong?

GLUE decoding will only work with TOS104. Thy moving the jumper to the other rom bank. If it doesn't boot, then remove the decoder and try again. Also press the reset button in case your reset circuit is bad. Beyond that, you likely have a bad connection somewhere.

Oh wait I think you plugged it over the MMU not the GLUE...

Hi. I am so ashamed of myself. Yes, it was on the MMU
Now I moved the decoder on the glue and soldered a longer cable between the dual tos and the decoder.
The result is: With the jumper on BK1, the TOS boot and the decoder's LED is on.
With the jumper on BK2, the tos doesn't boot, and the decoder's LED stays off.
