I know they are looking bad, but I tested the continuity and pass.
I will try to fix it, but these QFN pins are so small ...

So there might be a problem with tracks and/or vias under the chips you had to remove in order to fit the Speedy.

Re: SpeedyTT, black screen of death !!!! HELP
If my sockets soldering was bad, it should be visible.
If the CPU mod is bad, the continuity test should fail.
Now, if the SpeedyTT is bad, it is possible, how I know ?
The thing is, the SpeedyTT raise the speed to 48Mhz, but the CPU and FPU are 33Mhz, look hardcore to me.
I recently bought the TT for $3500, and I want to fix it. But if I need to replace the CPU, I will need a close to me tech to help me, I cannot replace a QFN package, if is the case, I might option a QFN to PGA adapter with a 68030 50Mhz, and 50Mhz FPU.
I am in central coast California.

No issues at all, rock solid at 48 MHz for both CPU and FPU.
FYI, the problem is not the socket soldering but rather all the chip removal (trace or via damaged during removal).

You should take more photos *after* flux cleaning. I've been inspecting the photo's but it's too hard to tell with the flux obscuring everything. Tracks can break/fracture right at the via connection. Have you checked for short between GND and VCC?
