ZX Spectrum+ Upgrade - Dead

Well I didn't go to socketing everything @stephen_usher. Too much time to do and a bit redundant really.

So here is the board - recapped, issue 2 fixes, RAM modules.

ULA and UHF module removed and replaced with vLA82+ and internal video socket.

So, you basically replaced all the video circuitry so that you no-longer need the +12V rail at all, as well as not needing the -5V.
