Well, two of the three deliveries arrived, everything needed except for the header. Oh well.

Hmm... I have a cunning plan (which may not work, but hey).

The cunning plan didn't happen due to the lack of the right connectors, oh well.

At least I've got the software installed on the Pi4. That was a doddle. Write the SD card using the Pi imager, set up the network, update and build the emulator code. I still don't understand how @exxos got into a pickle over this. :-)

Tomorrow, after soldering the header and pins on the PiStorm board I need to work out which way around the Pi fits really. I don't want to fry anything.

Because I was trying to restore @Steve's SD card image and the SD card I was using was also faulty and to low capacity. It all went downhill from there as Linux was sulky about the restored image and ultimately I gave up.

Well, it's all soldered up and the Pi4 boots without any magic smoke! The ST also still boots when switched to the 68000.

Unfortunately the roadblock is with flashing the CPLD as the default install of openocd 0.12.0, which apparently doesn't work, but version 0.11.0-rc2 is no-longer in the repository.

So, it's a support software problem.
