I was working for Argonaut in 1997/98 and they moved offices. Everything they had collected over 15 years that was "obsolete" got skipped.
Everything that I recognised came out of the skip and went home with me, Atari Jaguar development kit, Acorn Archimedes, Sega Saturn dev kit, lots and lots of stuff. Including a HOARD of Amiga's. A500s, A2000's with A2630 cards one with a Video Toaster 2000s, an A3000 with Picasso IV gfx card. (Non had working HDDs).

I sold all the Amiga's (less the Picasso IV) to buy an Amiga A4000 with 256MB RAM an 060 and X-Surf and a PC with a Riva TNT card and Celeron 300a.

A bit of me wishes I'd kept the A3000. It had a history. It was the most powerful Amiga at Argonaut and used to develop their 3D code while doing StarFox after Birds of Prey. Unfortunately someone accidentally blew up the PSU (Kris Womble I think) and it had been stored for 15 years when I got it.

I found so far a

STFM full case £20
STE full case £20
STFM top. £5

The STE has a bit of top corner case missing. All need a good clean, not going to be perfect. But for anyone whos got a smashed to bits cases, they do fine.

There *might* be another STE case in the loft. There also might be a couple more STFM cases. I need to check if they are reasonable yet. If interest I will go look.

Prices are for event collection only. I'm not packing and posting cases anymore sorry.

@PhilC @mrbombermillzy I guess if I bring these they could be dumped on stage out of the way ? The stage can be a "bring and buy" zone

To be fair, I found that I could store lots of stuff under the table at the last event, but whatever really. Im putting you (and BW) as the only table by the stage ATM, as Im not sure we have much room for stage/kitchen access until I can have a better look when I get there.

I can leave stuff in the van if needs be. Really need some takers before loading in to much anyway.

I do still have a lot of original PSU's £15 each if anyone wants some. Got a fair few if anyone wants to recap and flip them on evilbay etc.

I'll take an STFM case off your hands, @exxos. Was planning to build something for my bare board or pester Icky with his 3d printer, but I may have mentioned my lack of time recently?

Yeah, I know lack of time. I struggle to keep my store stocked up. It's not like anything in particular sells, but when there's over 200 items.. :stars:

I've also got some keyboards untested (£15) and some nice clean & refurbished ones (£30). The untested ones, well 90% of them are either yellowed to hell or broken to hell. So not worth messing about with those. But I will bring a few of the best/complete ones to the event.

OK so the list so far which are "show prices" (so cheaper as I don't have to pack and post etc etc) :

About 7 untested keyboards £15 each.
4 serviced STF/E keyboards £30 each
2 MEGA ST keyboards as shown here viewtopic.php?p=106459#p106459
About 6 STFM / STE cases ~£20 each.

Also if anyone wants specifically (will not bring unless someone wants ) :

Various untested STF/E PSUs £15 each
Latest REV F2 STFM motherboards with TOS104 £120 each show price ( yes not a typo as these are the best and latest boards with TOS104 all original virgin boards and kinda rare to find!)

Also I have loads of bottom shielding metals. They heading to the tip , so if anyone wants any speak out now.

Also think I still have a MSTE box in the loft. open to offers.

Im thinking of bringing this along to find a good home elsewhere...

P1040923.JPG

Its a Yamaha MS-2 modular system.

Heres an advert from 1975 to save me writing up the info:
MS-2_1975.jpg

It needs some TLC, but is basically sound. Top cover is missing and the stylus/cart. Comes with the pictured new drive belt.

...or should I leave it at home? Any takers?
