Re: WANTED - MFM drive for Supra drive
ah , those double height drives wont fit, theres like 2 stacks of PCBs on top of the drive and the case isn't that big overall :( Not sure on height, probably would be normal sized 3.5". I *think* I might even have a double height one, but can't remember.. was some years ago now..

Oh well. Thats about it then. I did have a 5.25" NEC MFM drive, but thats in a Triangle turbo enclosure somewhere (unless I sold it and forgot! ).
The rest of my drives are SCSI 2/3 3.5" and IDE.
If its a case of not wanting to chuck the controller away, have you thought of perhaps re-housing the drive/controller?

Yeah, but life's to short :P Not really worth the trouble... I do have a drive which works, might have been 40MB , but its huge monster.mrbombermillzy wrote: 05 Sep 2018 22:35 If its a case of not wanting to chuck the controller away, have you thought of perhaps re-housing the drive/controller?

Re: WANTED - MFM drive for Supra drive
I have access to tons of MFM drives , if I find something that works with my SH204 , I may be able to get 2 of them, somewhere around the 100 Meg to 1 Gig mark, but I am in Canada Russ
