War of the fruit flies

I've only ever seen fruit flies when I worked at a wine producer, they were attracted to the fermentation. Never seen them anywhere else though. Why on earth are they attracted to your house, you making home brew? :D

They seem to hang around the bins outside. The bins are right next to the door as nowhere else to put them. So a few get in each time the door is opened :( one was after my chips earlier :roll:
