Tonight about 9:00 (GMT), was going to comment in this thread and found Idek's site not loading.
Maybe Wolfgang is doing some maintenance?

I downloaded the drivers from https://silicon-heaven.org/atari/nova/Falcon030/ET4000/
Only T8 works with my card.
I will try again to use Falcon_ET4000T0_V301o.zip instead of Falcon_ET4000T8_V301o.zip maybe I installed something wrong before.
The RAM in the card is rather good because artifacts do not appear when I use it in a PC and when I clock the DFB1 at 16MHz everything is fine too.
Pixel artifacts appear when the DFB1 is clocked at 40 or 50 MHz.
I bought the interface on eBay and you can see that it is a new production, I tested only with changing the GAL layout to another and there are still artifacts, I will try to change this river from "LS" to "F" version, maybe it will fix the problem?

The Nova Falcon Adapter are from me, all tested and working fine.

When for you the Nova T8 works then use it. Have you Artifacts as well with the Nova Falcon driver when you use 1024x768 at 256 Colors?

The Nova Falcon is connected to the Falcon Bus and the Bus works always max at 16Mhz only the DFB1 030 CPU works with 50Mhz max ...

I stayed with the T8 version, reinstalled NVDI with the "NOVA" option. Unfortunately, the artifacts still appear regardless of the resolution you set. A screenshot of the desktop with a resolution of 1024x768x256 in the attached image. :-(
Edit:
After changing the cpu timing in DFB1 to 16MHz (OPTION2 jumper), similar image damage also appears, but there are fewer of them than at 50MHz.

The thing with the artifacts is up to your graphics card. With this card I have also artifacts when I move the mouse.

Karte_mit_Pixelmüll.jpeg

With this modern card (SMD Chips) all is fine without any artifacts.

ET4_läuft_ohne_Pixelmüll.jpg
Monitor_ohne_Pixelmüll.jpg

You must try a other ET4 card or try to change all 74LS chips to 74F chips but without guarantee !

Or buy a ATI MACH32 or MACH64 ISA Card ...

Or you can try NVDI ET4000 only and go into the NVDI VMG and into the RAM Settings and put some wait state in ...

vmg_nvdi.jpg
vmg_ramsetting.jpg

... the last current vmg version is in the nvdi 5.03 package.

Thanks for the suggestions on the Tseng cards.
I changed all chips to "F" series but it didn't fix the problem.
Looking at my card, I noticed 4 jumpers JP1..JP4 next to the ICS2494 chip, one of them was soldered permanently.
I removed this jumper JP1 and after starting the artifacts died and now I have a good picture. :D

Could you please figure out how the jumpers are connected to the ICS chip? Specifically what does JP1 do?
I am guessing JP1 is connected to PIN12 of the ET4000 chip and probably to PIN4 (or 5) of the ICS ?!
