how long has it been since Exxos shipped? I usually give it 6 weeks max.. then I would start a process.. but I have had things show up literally the day I decide I have had it, I am starting my claim.. lol

I already started a claim process and complained. The complaint just got a "stock reply". So that was a waste of time. I only so far got a automated reply about claiming for a lost package.

We'll aim to get a response to you within the next 30 days (90 days for international claims). Please keep all original evidence as we may ask for this.

So it will likely have turned up by then anyway

It might be worth@rocky1138 Calling your local post office to see if they have the package ? it happens all the time where they claim attempted delivery multiple times etc and you never know anything about it
