@PhilC It formats correctly on H4 board. I can copy content from a disc to the UltraSatan on 520st though.

Ok, so if you haven't already, then do the mandatory fixes. Have you tried swapping out the DMA and WD1772?
If it ain't broke, test it to Destruction.
