Very nice work! I like the mounted HDMI port on the rear. I'll certainly be looking into this mod down the road.

:lol:

P.S. The other pleasure is showing the machines off to people.
Intro retro computers since before they were retro...
ZX81->Spectrum->Memotech MTX->Sinclair QL->520STM->BBC Micro->TT030->PCs & Sun Workstations.
Added code to the MiNT kernel (still there the last time I checked) + put together MiNTOS.
Collection now with added Macs, Amigas, Suns and Acorns.

For me, it's not so much the actual machine (although that's a strong part of the retro computer collecting experience), but there is also the peripherals, software and, if you can do it, coding for the machine.

I also have a (albeit stashed away from sticky paws) 99% complete collection of ST/Amiga Format magazines which I break out every now and then like normal people bring out their photo albums.

Doing so brings back the memories and the way things happened at the time which dictated the big (and sometimes fatal) decisions, what games were out, etc. all great to remember. I also come across HW or software which looks great and was forgotten...lost to time and never bettered or continued.

When I can find them, I also like the '10 Electronic projects for your home computer' type books. It felt like those 8-bit machines could do anything back then.

I guess I'm a nostalgia addict. (I have the same problem with motorbikes too! lol)

So, my advice to you is to branch out @Steve :lol:
