Looking at the photos, I think it unlikely that anyone apart from somebody super dedicated would be able to take it on as a repair, and even then the odds against it working again are high.

It isn't really even worth anything for parts due to the poor condition.

I'd offer it up for free, just have the recipient cover postage fees.

800XL and 65XE both with Ultimate1MB,VBXL/XE & PokeyMax, SIDE3, SDrive Max, 2x 1010 cassette, 2x 1050 one with Happy mod, 3x 2600 Jr, 7800 and Lynx II
Approx 20 STs, including a 520 STM, 520 STFMs, 3x Mega ST, MSTE & 2x 32 Mhz boosted STEs
Plus the rest, totalling around 50 machines including a QL, 3x BBC Model B, Electron, Spectrums, ZX81 etc...

I removed and replaced the two GALs and the two PALs on the board. Looks like they're in good shape. I'm not sure what the chip with the label is next to the smaller 68881 socket.

@czietz, yes, same board. I couldn't see what the forum message said on the atari-home.de site. I had to ask after getting it cleaned up and pulling the chips.

I'll add it to the e-waste pile, joining the Mega ST4, if no one wants it. Postage to the UK from the US will be high.

I agree that you should donate it to someone who can perhaps fix or reverse engineer it. It would be a positive contribution to the community.
