Everything appear fine with the diagnostic cartridge. All tests RAM, Display, Audio are passed without issue.
The Falcon boots fine when I push the reset button after power on. The glitches appear when I am not pushing the reset button.
Not sure If it is related but games like Nebulus, Xenon 2, Bubble Ghost... freeze after starting up (I am running them from the Gotek)?

Yeah sounds like it needs new caps in the reset circuit if it actually boots after pressing reset.
