Most LCD-TVs does a flicker fixer, so no need scan doubler / flicker fixer, if your can get LCD-TV with SCART connector.

I only use scan doubler with my towerized A1200 computers with RTG card, so that picture through RTG card pass through is displayed in VGA screen.
