Shots from top and bottom pcb and recordings of rgb and mono.

Ive cleaned the board by now, and the angle this is shot looks way worse soldering than it actually is (I reckon :)). I will update picture of underside shifter tonite.

That looks like a sync issue to me

As previously said, download the schematic and trace the tracks from the glue to the shifter etc.

Will ideally need a scope to diagnose.
