I looked at the wrong version l5380 has a1 on 36. L53c80 has ground on that pin. So no big deal.

Bad trace maybe? I wish there were more service bulentins out there...

How it seems the cap does nothing at all as both ends would be connected to gnd.. I would check both ends of the cap and see if they beep to gnd ..
