So no one noticed my faux pas. :oops:

I got the GND and VCC arrows the wrong way round in the photo. I'll update the photo shortly.

OK - original pin to pin photo updated correctly.

Now that I got the pins round the right way its been a lot easier. I can put the USB socket on the top by lifting up the centre pins and soldering them to the board with wires. The rest of the USB socket just goes in as is.

And it works :D

I now have a nice neat USB Eiffel 3 - Now no more thinking today otherwise I'll come up with an idea which will turn into a project.

If its integrated to the Remake then may be headers so that one of these could be used
