small sugestion, all signal what you need is in 3 legs crystal filter before db9 mouse/joystick signal....
I would design it as a external box like the one in the image. But you could solder wires and wire internally as well.

that device i can buy in my country by 10 euro. smd mount is better and smaller.

Better in what way ?

I did think about the design, Not sure exactly whats going on with the diagram your posted. Though if all lines were switched, it would need dual 6 way multiplexers.

I did wonder about just switching the 5V and 0V instead... Then a SR latch for AB select. Could all be mashed into a single small GAL.
