I'm not sure if you can call it modern but today I picked up a Sun Microsystems LCD display, part number 365-1429-01 and it does indeed do 15KHz.

Unfortunately, when used with my Amiga 1200 it only displays at 640x240@50Hz and won't go up to 640x256. It does seem to handle the NTSC resolution better though.

I picked up a couple of old Dell 17" LCDs at the same time, hoping at least one would be in the production run which did do 15KHz, but no. In fact they can't manage anything but the most standard VGA/SVGA resolutions and won't display anything out side of those.
Intro retro computers since before they were retro...
ZX81->Spectrum->Memotech MTX->Sinclair QL->520STM->BBC Micro->TT030->PCs & Sun Workstations.
Added code to the MiNT kernel (still there the last time I checked) + put together MiNTOS.
Collection now with added Macs, Amigas, Suns and Acorns.

If you're talking about the VGA tester, they are not included with the battery. There are a lot of rules and regulations (aka paperwork) these days shipping lithium about and I do not want to get involved with it for the sake of a battery.

On, it's no problem - wasn't complaining. Just trying to figure out what to get. :)

I’ve set up a site for this now. With a GitHub repo in the backend so everyone can either fork and run their own site or just update the webpage by forking; www.15khz.net/

I have some kind of endgame where there is an app where one just scan the model name (OCR) or a batch code of the monitor and it’ll come up as compatible or not.
