Now trying to order the chips from JLC global sourcing direct from Mouser instead. So its £25 a pop for the flash now.. Stupid really as the whole point of the project was to make a cheap Falcon flash solution, and the cost of actually getting them but will end up at like £100 a pop!
Not exactly cheap in Mouser either.
Can't find anything cheaper unless going to TSOP parts which are way bigger and be a huge headache to try and route.. just not worth the effort. With the ROM area being limited by the RAM card, its probably not even going to fit under the card. But a original card without a simm socket could still be useable. Will just have to see if I can actually ever get some boards made !

Got tired of having to compile TOS under steem emulation. Now I can just run it in Windows. Instead of waiting like 10mins or more for a full compile, it does it in about 3 seconds now !
Re: exxos blog - random goings on
Had to build up about 20 of these Falcon RAM boards last night. Possibly this will be the last batch. To many people making similar things now and demands keep dropping off on most things now anyway. Shame as used to sell a lot of them a few years back
