Thanks, yes, I do have access to AF.
As everything’s working fine so far, the flashing isn’t really a problem for the time being.

I wanted to add support for the other flash type but I lack hardware to test it. If you want to be my tester, drop me a message and I can look into it.

However, I’ve actually managed to sort it out somehow. No idea why it suddenly started working. In my Micron folder, where the special CPX for the CT63 with Micron memory is located, there’s also this flash programme. I only discovered it by chance – or rather, I’d simply forgotten about it. It’s the same size as the one in the current ZIP file for the new version. I just added this RSC file and suddenly the flashing process started without any problems.
I was very surprised...

I now have the new version 1.05 installed on my CT63 and it’s been running without any problems so far. Gembench is even showing higher scores in some cases than before. What is striking, however, is that during the DML FPU Test V1.51, errors are now occurring at certain points that weren’t there before. Always at the same point. The rest runs without errors.

dml's FPUTest 1.51 has pre-recorded its results with the bug present, use a corrected results file: https://atari-forum.com/viewtopic.php?p=497092#p497092 until a new version is available

There are two new versions. I was able to flash V1.03f without any problems. With the previous version, the OSSC would sometimes have problems synchronising after a reset or after starting up the Falcon. You wouldn’t see the start-up screen at all, and the image only appeared once the desktop had finished loading. However, this was relatively rare.

This problem has now completely disappeared! Thank you.

Probably worth mentioning that v3.00 is for people with Supervidel, this is where mikro has incorporated the SV bios into CT60 making it more of a seamless integration.

Yes, I know that’s a bit confusing.
1.05 is 1.03e
But now 1.03f September 2026 is displayed correctly.

It is what it is.

There's very little which splits "my" 1.03x and insane's 1.05 (next 1.05 release will surely sit on 1.03f or whatever is the latest) but still, there are things which insane removed and could be useful to someone:

- ROM Linux bootstrap (this one is a bit awkward because it doesn't boot newer kernels, has to be fixed in 1.03x, too)

- External Videl clock support (used mostly by the Linux bootstrap, so makes sense)

- Boot logo (removed in 3.00 too but still, some people may prefer it)

- Videl modecode fix (switching between RGB/VGA, corrupted NVRAM entry etc) ... not sure why this is removed, tbh

On the feature side of things, of course the biggest win in 1.05 is the BIOS setup. That one could go to 3.00, too (there's a plenty of space now without the logo) and maybe that is what I will do: 3.00 would be a fat TOS with SuperVidel and maybe even basic CTPCI support, while 1.03x would be still as stock as possible. And therefore there wouldn't be need for 1.05 anymore.

That'd be great since I think many people can't live without the bios, it's so damn useful and does away with that buggy CPX that causes people so many problems.
