DO NOT USE MOBILE / CGNAT DEVICES WHERE THE IP CHANGES CONSTANTLY!
At this time, it is unfortunately not possible to whitelist users when your IP changes constantly.
You may inadvertently get banned because a previous attack may have used the IP you are now on.
So I suggest people only use fixed IP address devices until I can think of a solution for this problem!

It could be a lot of things, including dirty or damaged sockets, bad ram chips. Glue mmu etc

I thought bad RAM showed up as a white screen with a black border?

Typically no RAM shows as a black screen with a white border. bad RAM may show up as on screen corruption dependent on where the bad RAM is.

A fully white screen generally means a ROM issue.

However I would add that these rules are not 100% set in stone, though they are generally sound.
