A1200.net cases, keycaps and now keyboards

Post by alexh »

I know TF really doesn't like these guys but A1200.net have said their €99 Amiga replacement mechanical keyboard would be launched this week details to come on Facebook.

https://www.facebook.com/A1200net/

I wasn't a kickstarter backer, I ordered my A1200 black case and black keycaps from a UK reseller several years ago and they came next day.

But I understand that this year is the 10th Anniversary of their Amiga Keycaps kickstarter this week and backers still have not received some color/language combinations yet. CD32 special edition only shipping this week.

I think only the 'additional' CD32 Special Ed offered, have so far been arriving in people's hands.

The Indigogo ones were travelling by ship and it was 'close' to UK some weeks ago. Maybe they got stuck in mud!?!

I think this month I am 7 or 8 years waiting.

This combined with the Vectrex Mini fiasco (I got a First Edition allocated but could not pay due to cr*p website, so ended up loosing out), I have given up looking at crowd funding projects.

From what I have seen, black and "normal" all languages, A500, A1200. Plus CD32 Special edition.

World wide shipping is a little screwed since the Iran thing.
