Be careful with the sucker if it's manual, they can slip around and cause damage. I would like to get a proper vacuum de-soldering tool though, maybe I can convince the wife for Xmas :)
I got one of the arrays in the wrong place (Wrong value for where it was supposed to be) and it came out fine.
