DO NOT USE MOBILE / CGNAT DEVICES WHERE THE IP CHANGES CONSTANTLY!
At this time, it is unfortunately not possible to whitelist users when your IP changes constantly.
You may inadvertently get banned because a previous attack may have used the IP you are now on.
So I suggest people only use fixed IP address devices until I can think of a solution for this problem!

So Pin 13 does have 5v on it, then of course you connect it to GND.. so since you say it needs 5v.. I assume OPEN is 16mhz and closed is 8mhz.

I will have to get my scope back out. but pin 1 of what chip? pin 39 of the shifter should have 16mhz on it right.. and that line goes to pad1 and so it should how up on pin 1 of CPU?

AH.. ok.. got ya. Ill check that. one other funky thing.. not sure if its Booster or H5C1 - but Tos 206 from the booter will set the date to 2028 everytime. I am using a ACSI2ST device so it uses US_GET.TOS to get the time from the device. in TOS 1.04 from the booter, works fine, any date I set and save I can recall. in 206 I can set the year to 2021 .. it says 28.. 25 it says 28.. kinda weird.

Just ran Gembench 6 and Im getting really good results even though the computer is only reporting 8mhz. is this correct? is only the CPU running at 16mhz? does sysinfo not report the speed?

ACSI2ST isn't a project I am familiar with.. You would have to report issues to its creators..

Results and sysinfo I already mentioned...
